EraVisa is a private service under PT Eralink Tour Travel Planner — ASTINDO member, operating since 2014. We prepare and submit your application; the decision is always the embassy’s.

How it works

Four steps. You stay on WhatsApp; we do the queueing, the forms and the embassy runs.

01Tell us where you’re going

Destination, travel dates, and how many people. Message us in English — a consultant, not a bot, answers.

02We check your profile first

As a foreign resident in Indonesia, which mission handles your application and what your file needs to show is not the same as for an Indonesian passport holder. We work that out before you pay, and tell you honestly if your case is weak.

03Documents collected from you

You get a checklist built for your case. We pick the documents up from your home or office and return them the same way.

04We submit and keep you posted

Forms, appointment, submission, tracking. You get updates without having to ask, and your passport comes back to your door.

Countries we handle for KITAS & KITAP holders

These are the destinations where we currently have a dedicated route for foreign residents in Indonesia. Don’t see yours? Message us — we will tell you straight whether it can be filed from Jakarta.

Why we ask for your passport first

Visa rules for foreign nationals are not the same as for Indonesian citizens. Your eligibility and your document list are set by the passport you hold, not by the country you live in. Two colleagues sitting in the same Jakarta office can get two different answers for the same destination.

So we check the passport first and quote second. That is slower by one message, and it is the reason we do not have to walk a price back later.

Send us these eight things

  1. A scan of your passport
  2. Your nationality
  3. Your Indonesian KITAS or KITAP
  4. Visa type or purpose of travel
  5. Departure date
  6. How long you plan to stay
  7. Whether you have held a visa for that country before
  8. Where you are applying from, and where you live now

What happens next

A Visa Expert checks your passport against the destination's current rules, tells you honestly whether the application is worth filing, and sends you a written all-in price plus the document checklist built for your profile.

If your nationality makes the application unlikely to succeed, we say so before you pay anything.

Questions foreign residents ask us

Can I apply for a Schengen visa from Indonesia if I’m not Indonesian?

In most cases yes — applications are normally made where you legally reside, and your KITAS or KITAP is what proves Indonesia is that place. Which embassy or consulate takes your file depends on your itinerary and that mission’s own rules, so we confirm the right one before anything is submitted.

Do I have to fly back to my home country to apply?

Usually not. That is the whole point of applying from Jakarta. If your specific case does need to be filed elsewhere, we will tell you that up front rather than take your money and find out later.

Do you handle dependants — spouse and children on a family KITAS?

Yes. Families apply together often, and each person gets their own checklist based on their own status rather than one generic list for the household.

My KITAS expires in a few months. Is that a problem?

It can affect how your case is read, so it is one of the first things we look at. We flag it during the assessment — before you pay — instead of letting it surface at submission.

Is everything handled in English?

Yes. Consultation, checklist, forms and updates all run in English over WhatsApp. You do not need a translator or an Indonesian colleague to sit in.

What does it cost?

You get one all-in figure in writing before you pay — service, embassy or VFS fees and courier included, with no line items appearing later. Per-country pricing is on the visa pricing page.

Can you do a whole team from one company?

Yes. Group handling is a separate service with its own process — we collect documents from each participant directly instead of routing everything through one exhausted coordinator. See group visa handling.

Where are you based?

Jakarta Barat, operating since 2014 under PT Eralink Tour Travel Planner and a member of ASTINDO. You do not need to come to the office — documents are collected from and returned to your address.

Tell us where you’re going

Send one message in English with your destination and dates. We will tell you honestly whether we can help, what it will cost all-in, and how long it should take — before you commit to anything.
